Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established independent insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Renewal Application Specialist to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on preparing, reviewing, and updating commercial lines renewal applications to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and review commercial lines renewal applications
• Update policy information, endorsements, exposures, and supporting documentation
• Review prior-year applications and identify discrepancies
• Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and ready for submission
• Assist with document collection, processing, and electronic signatures
• Maintain accurate records within agency management systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet renewal deadlines
• Manage a variety of commercial accounts ranging from routine to complex

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience required
• Experience completing Commercial Lines renewal applications is required
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages and endorsements
• AMS360 experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong computer proficiency and problem-solving abilities
